We had travelled quite some distance to view the Audi that was for sale as it had most of the specs that I was looking for. The whole process was seamless and not at all intimidating. Firstly, the dealer directed us to look around the car that we had come to purchase, he didn't hover around just left us to get on with it. The next step was for the dealer to assess my car that I wanted to be part of the sale, an offer was made and accepted. We were able to test drive the car over a reasonable distance to see how it performed and then return to the office to complete the purchase. The only downside of the whole transaction is that the warranty they offer on the vehicle is only for a month, so therefore, it is completely useless. The dealer himself pointed out that they were in the business of selling cars not repairing them. A warranty was offered at a discounted price through Warranty Wise, however I choose not to sign up to this at the time.
